Available in wide and narrow mouth options, these bottles feature cap and closure sizes that conform to industry standards, facilitating easy integration into filling processes. Precision molded from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, these bottles have consistent wall thickness and smooth interior and exterior surfaces. The rugged HDPE construction provides resistance to most corrosives and permits freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and meet US Pharmacopeia light transmission requirements. Polypropylene caps are engineered with an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads to ensure a leak-proof closure, and the bottles are tested to withstand the highest industry pressure thresholds. These bottles utilize medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact, free of heavy metals, BPA, and phthalates, and are RoHS compliant.
