The 12" Ready Set Staple Belt Lacing (RS125SJ12) comes in a 4 pack and is ideal for a wide variety of light- and medium-duty fastener applications. This system features one-piece fastener strips with pre-inserted staples, which speed up installation and minimize downtime. It is designed for belts measuring from 1/16" (1.5 mm) to 1/4" (6.4 mm). The Alligator Ready Set installation is straightforward, utilizing a portable, lightweight application tool that can be transported to the job site for on-site installation. Users simply need to fit the fastener strip onto the belt end, secure it with the special installation tool, and then drive and finish set the staples to create a strong, long-lasting splice. This product is suitable for a variety of market applications including package and parts conveying, food and sanitary contact, agricultural harvesting and handling, recycling and scrap handling, and wood products. The standard galvanized steel fastener material is appropriate for most applications and is plated for rust and corrosion resistance. Additionally, it includes a nylon-covered steel cable, designed for use with steel fasteners and is recommended for both troughing and flat belt conveyors.
