Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles are designed for efficient and economical packaging suitable for both manual and automated filling operations, packaged in bulk with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for a de-capping step before filling. These available wide and narrow mouth bottles have cap and closure sizes that comply with industry norms, facilitating easy integration into filling processes. Manufactured from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, the bottles feature consistent wall thickness and smooth interior and exterior surfaces. They are highly resistant to most corrosives and can withstand freezer storage temperatures down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and meet US Pharmacopeia requirements. The polypropylene caps include an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads to ensure leakproof closure, with the entire assembly tested to endure the industry’s highest pressure thresholds. The bottles and caps are made from medical grade resins, compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, FDA CFR-21 food contact regulations, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and BPA and phthalate free. Precision molding ensures improved bottle and seal integrity while reducing content "hang-up". The products are manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility and feature linerless, leakproof caps engineered for superior performance compared to alternate designs.
