Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles are designed for efficient manual and automated filling operations, packaged in bulk with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for de-capping before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes that conform to industry standards, these bottles are precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins ensuring consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out. They resist most corrosives and are suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps feature integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads for leakproof closure, and these bottles have been tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. Diamond® Essentials™ bottles utilize medical-grade resins, meet USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, are FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, and molded to precise specifications to improve bottle and seal integrity and reduce content "hang-up." They are manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility and feature leakproof, linerless caps engineered for superior performance compared to alternate designs, with an integrated seal ring molded into the cap to prevent leaks.
