Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins for consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out, designed to meet the market need for efficient and economical packaging options for manual and automated filling operations. Packaged in bulk with caps and bottles bagged separately, these bottles require no de-capping before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes that conform to industry norms, they integrate easily into filling operations. The rugged HDPE material is resistant to most corrosives and suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps feature an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads engineered for leakproof closure, designed and tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. Diamond® Essentials™ bottles are made with medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and BPA and phthalate free. Manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility, these bottles improve seal integrity, reduce content "hang-up," and the linerless cap design ensures secure, leakproof closure with enhanced performance compared to alternate designs.
