Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles are designed for efficient and economical packaging suitable for both manual and automated filling operations. The kit and package include bottles and caps bagged separately, eliminating the need for a de-capping step before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes that conform to industry standards, these bottles integrate easily into various filling operations. Manufactured from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, the precision-molded bottles have consistent wall thickness and smooth interior and exterior surfaces. They are resistant to most corrosives and are suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and meet US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps feature an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads, resulting in leakproof, linerless closures engineered to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. These bottles are made with medical-grade resins, compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, FDA CFR-21 food contact regulations, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and BPA and phthalate free. Manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility, the bottles are molded to precise specifications that improve bottle and seal integrity while reducing content "hang-up." The leakproof, linerless cap design eliminates the need for separate liners and provides secure closure with superior performance due to the semi-buttressed thread design.
