Tartan™ box sealing tape 369 is a general purpose packing tape designed for non-critical box sealing applications, featuring a 1.6 mil (41 micron) biaxially oriented polypropylene film backing with a synthetic rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive. The tape provides good closure for lightweight boxes exposed to minimal distribution hazards, offering flexibility and conformability under stress. It resists abrasion, moisture, chemicals, and scuffing, ensuring long-lasting performance while easily conforming around edges and rough surfaces for a tight seal. The adhesive adheres instantly and consistently to most surfaces, including cartons with high recycled content, and it meets FDA guidelines for indirect food contact.
