The Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting is a 4" x 3" hex bushing designed with NPT male and female connections, suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). These fittings possess pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. They offer superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and the material's relative softness facilitates easy installation while ensuring a tight seal. Primarily utilized for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these brass fittings are also applicable for oil, gas, and steam systems.
