The Merit Brass 125 lb lead-free fitting is a 1/2" x 1/4" hex bushing designed with NPT male and female connections. These red brass fittings are suitable for low-pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), featuring pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G. They comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. Known for their superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, these fittings also benefit from the material's relative softness, which facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal.
