The wheel is constructed from a fiber-filled phenolic resin, molded under extreme pressure, providing the capability to support heavy loads while protecting floors during intermittent service. It features a non-marking surface and is resistant to corrosion from oil, water, grease, and commonly used acids or solvents, with the added benefit of being spark-proof. This wheel can operate continuously in temperatures from -50 to 260 degrees F and intermittently withstands temperatures up to 300 degrees F.
