The North Slope Chillers® Freeze Series K2L05 is a heavy-duty, air-cooled 5 ton industrial chiller delivering approximately 56,000 BTU/hr at 45°F fluid temperature, designed for indoor use with ambient operating temperatures ranging from 40°F to 100°F. The unit includes a non-ferrous piping system and a hermetically sealed Copeland Scroll compressor, paired with a continuous duty 2 HP centrifugal pump capable of up to 60 GPM at 17 PSI. It features an integrated HMI/PLC control system with Modbus TCP communication and a single point electrical connection into the disconnect. The chiller package comes with a 50 gallon poly tank equipped with stainless steel fittings and 1-1/4" NPT fluid connections. Available voltages include standard 480V / 3 phase and options for 208-240V. This heavy duty chiller is built in the United States and constructed to provide stable temperature control and long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments.
