The North Slope Chillers® Deep Freeze K2L05-LT is an air-cooled 5 ton industrial chiller delivering approximately 41,000 BTU/hr at 45°F fluid temperature, designed for indoor low-temperature applications with operation ranging from 10°F to 45°F and ambient temperatures from 40°F to 100°F. It features a non-ferrous piping system and a hermetically sealed Copeland scroll compressor, paired with a continuous duty 2 HP centrifugal pump capable of up to 60 GPM at 17 PSI. The unit includes integrated HMI/PLC control with Modbus TCP communication, a single point electrical connection into the disconnect, and fluid connections sized at 1-1/4" NPT. It comes equipped with a 50 gallon poly tank outfitted with stainless steel fittings, and is available in 480V / 3 phase as the standard voltage with options for 208-240V. Built in the United States with heavy-duty construction, the chiller is designed for precise temperature control and minimized thermal losses through insulated internal components.
