The Whirlpool 24,000 BTU window air conditioner is designed to efficiently cool and dehumidify rooms up to 1,500 square feet. It features a programmable 24-hour on/off timer for customizable cooling schedules, three cooling speeds, Eco mode to conserve energy by adjusting temperature and fan speed, and Sleep mode to optimize settings for restful sleep. The unit includes 8-way directional air louvers for targeted airflow and a removable, washable air filter for easy maintenance and improved air quality. This air conditioner requires a special 230V electrical outlet and is not compatible with a standard 115V household outlet. It comes with a 4.9-ft LCDI power cord with a 3-prong grounded plug, fits windows with a width of 30 inches minimum to 41 inches maximum and a minimum window height of 19.5 inches. The unit is U.L. listed and restarts automatically after a power failure when power is restored.
