The RCS weighing system is a hydraulic-based weighing solution designed for check weighing, overload prevention, and bulk inventory management, suitable for simple weight checks where high accuracy is not required. It operates without the need for additional sensors on the forklift forks, allowing the forklift to remain fully functional without structural modifications. The system is powered through the forklift battery and includes an overload buzzer and a built-in printer. Its accuracy ranges between 2-4% of the forklift's capacity; for example, a 5,000 lb capacity unit has an accuracy of +/- 100-200 lbs, meaning a 1,000 lb load on this unit would still have an accuracy of +/- 100-200 lbs.
