The Ravas ICP-32 is a rugged, carriage plate-based weighing system that converts a forklift into a mobile scale, providing real-time weight data without sacrificing performance or safety. It is designed for demanding logistics, manufacturing, and material handling environments and mounts directly to the forklift carriage for enhanced stability, protection, and precision. The system features a load cell-based design delivering optimal accuracy of 0.1% of the load lifted, equating to +/- 5 lbs at 5,000 lb load, with accuracy maintained proportionally as the weight decreases, such as +/- 1 lb at 1,000 lbs. The unit fits an ITA Class II carriage plate measuring 16" height by 36" width, is NTEP legal for trade ready, and includes a printer. It is compatible with attachments including hang-on side shifters, fork positioners, paper clamps, and barrel handlers, but is not compatible with integrated fork positioners.
