The EMAX® 250 Silent Air Series 10HP 80 gal. 2-stage V4, single phase air compressor is designed for up to 50,000 hours of use based on B-10 bearing life with proper maintenance. It features an all-cast iron splash lubricated pump producing 38 CFM at 100 PSI and includes the patented Silent Air System that reduces compressor intake noise by more than 35% through a series of baffle plates while adding four levels of air filtration. The unit is equipped with an industrial grade 1.1 service factor 1740 RPM electric motor, magnetic starter, manual drain valve, 80 gal. powder-coated ASME tank with 1/4 in. mounting pads, OSHA approved 13 gauge steel belt guard, and a 3/4 in. air outlet. The pump comes with 70 hours of break-in oil, and the compressor also includes the first maintenance kit for use after the initial 70 hours of compressor break-in. Warranty coverage requires registration for activation. EMAX® air compressors are built and tested in Ohio for reliability and durability.
