This EMAX® industrial 7.5 HP 2-stage inline, 1-phase vertical 80-gallon piston air compressor is designed for up to 60,000 hours based on B10 bearing life. It delivers 31 CFM at 100 PSI with a maximum pressure of 175 PSI. The unit features industrial-grade electric motors, a magnetic starter, a manual ball valve tank drain, and a powder-coated ASME tank with a 200 PSI rating. It is paired with an all cast iron 60,000-hour-rated patented pressure-lubricated reciprocating pump. The patented silent air system reduces compressor intake noise by channeling intake air through a series of baffle plates, adding four levels of air filtration and lowering noise levels by more than 35%. The pump comes with 70 hours of break-in oil, and the compressor includes the first maintenance kit for use after the initial 70 hours of compressor break-in.
