Each foam organizer is designed and cut in Grand Rapids, Michigan, using USA-made, closed-cell polyethylene foam that resists liquid absorption. The foam features two bonded layers: a denser black surface layer for cleaner cutouts and greater tear resistance, and a red underlying layer that creates a shadow board effect for easy tool identification.
