The kit includes a breaker bar featuring a 230-degree pivoting head that pivots smoothly and continuously through a 230-degree arc, controlled by an internal spring which allows the head to hold its position while you work. The head is made of AISI 4140 steel and heat-treated to be stronger and more ductile than the handle, with an external head design that better resists spreading, twisting, or fracturing compared to an internal head design. The breaker bars exceed industry standards for proof torque, confirmed by a single-cycle test applying torque until the specified value is reached without failure or permanent deformation. The comfortable handle is designed with a rounded oval shape for a comfortable grip without bulk.
