This kit includes large, stamped markings permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die, designed to be as large as possible while still readable along the socket's curved surface. The exterior finish is chrome-plated, with the interior also chrome-plated and supplemented with a clear coat or painted finish where needed for full coverage. Featuring a 12-point socket opening, it provides more access positions for multiple types of fasteners, including hex, double hex, and square, while radiused corners prevent fastener round-off by applying force to a fastener's flat sides rather than its corners. Detent grooves and beveled edges ensure smooth and secure engagement with the drive tool. The kit includes 11 pieces of 1/4 inch drive shallow 12-point sockets in sizes 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, and 9/16 inches; 11 pieces of 1/4 inch drive deep 12-point sockets in the same sizes; 14 pieces of 1/4 inch drive 12-point sockets in metric sizes 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 mm; and 14 pieces of 1/4 inch drive deep 12-point sockets in the same metric sizes.
