The kit includes a 12-piece set of 3/8 inch drive shallow 12-point metric sockets in sizes 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 mm, as well as a 12-piece set of 3/8 inch drive deep 12-point metric sockets in the same sizes. Each socket features large, stamped markings permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die, designed to be as large as possible while remaining readable along the socket's curved surface. The exterior finish is chrome-plated and the interior is chrome-plated with an additional clear coat or painted finish where needed for full coverage. The 12-point socket opening provides multiple access positions for different types of fasteners including hex, double hex, and square. Radiused corners prevent fastener round-off by applying force to the flat sides of a fastener rather than its corners, while detent grooves and beveled edges ensure a smooth, secure connection with the drive tool. The package also includes socket rails and a tray for organization.
