This kit includes 11 pieces of 1/4 in. drive shallow 12-point inch sockets in sizes 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, and 9/16 in., along with 11 pieces of 1/4 in. drive deep 12-point inch sockets in the same sizes. It also features 14 pieces of 1/4 in. drive shallow 12-point metric sockets in sizes 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 mm, and 14 pieces of 1/4 in. drive deep 12-point metric sockets in the corresponding sizes. The kit contains a 1-pc. 1/4 in. drive 90-tooth quick-release ratchet measuring 6 in., a 1-pc. 1/4 in. drive magnetic hex bit holder, a 1-pc. 1/4 in. drive spinner handle, three 1/4 in. drive extension bars in lengths of 3/4, 3, and 6 in., and a 1-pc. 1/4 in. drive universal joint. Included socket and accessories organization components are three 13 in. socket rails, a 13 in. 3-rail tray, two 8 in. rails, and an 8 in. 2-rail tray. The sockets have large, stamped markings permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die, designed to be as large as possible while remaining readable along the socket’s curved surface. The exterior finish is chrome-plated and the interior is chrome-plated supplemented with a clear coat or painted finish where needed for full coverage. The 12-point socket opening is engineered to provide more access positions for various fastener types including hex, double hex, and square. Radiused corners help prevent fastener round-off by applying force to the fastener’s flat sides rather than its corners, and detent grooves with beveled edges ensure a smooth and secure connection with the drive tool.
