This kit includes 15-piece 3/8-inch drive shallow 12-point inch sockets in sizes 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, and 1 inch, 15-piece 3/8-inch drive deep 12-point inch sockets with the same sizes, 19-piece 3/8-inch drive shallow 12-point metric sockets in sizes 6 to 24 mm, and 19-piece 3/8-inch drive deep 12-point metric sockets also in sizes 6 to 24 mm. The sockets feature large, stamped markings permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die and designed to be as large as possible for readability along the socket's curved surface. The exterior is chrome-plated, while the interior is chrome-plated and supplemented with a clear coat or painted finish where needed to ensure full coverage. The 12-point socket opening provides access for multiple types of fasteners, including hex, double hex, and square. Radiused corners prevent fastener round-off by applying force to the fastener’s flat sides instead of the corners. Detent grooves and beveled edges ensure a smooth and secure connection with the drive tool. The kit also includes socket rails and trays for organization.
