The kit includes an 11-piece set of 1/4 in. drive shallow 6-point inch sockets in sizes 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, and 9/16 in., as well as an 11-piece set of 1/4 in. drive deep 6-point inch sockets in the same sizes. Each socket features large, stamped markings permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die, optimized to be as large as possible while remaining readable along the socket's curved surface. The exterior is chrome-plated, and the interior is chrome-plated with a clear coat or painted finish for full coverage where necessary. The 6-point socket opening provides an exact fit and maximum contact for hex fasteners, with radiused corners designed to prevent fastener round-off by applying force to the fastener's flat sides rather than its corners. Secure drive tool engagement is ensured by detent grooves and beveled edges, providing a smooth and secure connection. The set is organized on 8 inch socket rails and housed in an 8 inch 2-rail tray.
