This Goodyear hose reel features a heavy-duty impact-resistant lightweight polypropylene enclosed spring-driven case with a newly designed swivel hose inlet connection that protects against leaks. The reel includes a 3/8" x 65' premium commercial hybrid flex polymer hose, a blend of rubber and PVC, rated for a working pressure of 300 psi (20 bar) with 1/4" NPT connections, complemented by a 36" (0.9 m) lead-in hose and an ergonomic PVC grip. The reel is suitable for both air and water use, equipped with a double adjustment enclosed multi-position release ratchet spring allowing the hose to lock at any desired length. It has an automatic guide system that retracts the hose orderly without piling up, an adjustable hose stopper, and non-snag rollers. The premium hybrid polymer hose offers a superior bend radius, abrasion and puncture resistance, no memory to prevent kinks, and lays flat while being resistant to water, oil, heat, ozone, weather, and abrasion, functioning effectively in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C). The reel is quality tested, designed for indoor and outdoor use in both DIY and industrial applications, enabling extension to be kept out of the way for safety. It also includes bolts for fitting the drop-down swivel bracket and is suitable for air and water-based fluids but not for petroleum or biofuels.
