The kit includes an 11-piece set of 1/4 inch drive shallow 6-point sockets with sizes ranging from 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, to 9/16 inch. The sockets feature large, stamped markings permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die, designed to be as large as possible while remaining readable along the curved surface of each socket. The exterior finish is chrome-plated, while the interior is chrome-plated and supplemented with either a clear coat or painted finish where needed for full coverage. Each socket has a 6-point opening to provide an exact fit and maximum contact for hex fasteners, and radiused corners prevent fastener round-off by applying force to the flat sides rather than the corners. Detent grooves and beveled edges ensure secure drive tool engagement with a smooth connection. The set is equipped with a socket rail for organized storage.
