The kit is part of the L-BOXX stacking organization system and integrates seamlessly with all other components in the L-BOXX family of products, featuring a secure latch connection. To remove the rack from the stack, press both side handles and lift up. It includes a quick access drawer that allows users to access drawer contents without disassembling the organization stack, and comes with write-on labels for easy identification of the drawer contents. The kit contains optimized laser-marked foam layouts designed and cut in the Grand Rapids, Michigan manufacturing facility to ensure high density, easy access, and a secure fit. The foam is two-color, consisting of permanently bonded layers created through a heat lamination process, which makes missing tools immediately visible. The foam is made from USA-manufactured, closed-cell polyethylene that is liquid-resistant, featuring a slightly denser black surface layer for cleaner cutouts and improved tear resistance, while the red underlying layer creates a shadow board effect to facilitate easy spotting of missing tools. The product meets relevant certifications and compliance standards and includes detailed specifications and dimensions as per manufacturing details.
