Tekton service wrenches are short-handled, open-end access wrenches featuring a 15-degree angled head on one side and a drive square on the other, designed to complement other access wrenches. The drive square in the handle is compatible with ratchets or other drive tools to increase access or leverage and apply specific torque, secured by four detent grooves. The service wrench jaws are 33% to 46% thinner than standard combination wrenches depending on size, allowing better access in tight spaces and on thin fittings. Made from 4140 chromium molybdenum steel, the wrenches are hardened to 50-53 HRC, abrasive-blasted to create a finely textured satin finish, and nickel-plated for corrosion resistance. Manufactured entirely in the USA using USA-sourced materials, all machining, broaching, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive blasting, and plating are performed at the Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. The 15-piece set includes sizes 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1, 1-1/16, 1-1/8, 1-3/16, 1-1/4, 1-5/16, 1-3/8, 1-7/16, 1-1/2, 1-9/16, and 1-5/8 inches, while the 20-piece set includes metric sizes 20 through 38 millimeters.
