The TEKTON service wrench kit is part of a system of access wrenches designed for use in tight spaces, featuring short-handled, open-end wrenches with a 15-degree angled head on one side and a drive square on the other. The handle's drive square, equipped with four detent grooves for secure connection, can be used with a ratchet or other drive tools to increase access, leverage, and apply specific torque. The jaws of these service wrenches are significantly thinner than standard combination wrenches, with 33% to 46% less jaw thickness depending on the size, allowing better access to thin fittings. Made from 4140 chromium molybdenum steel hardened to 50-53 HRC, the wrenches have a finely textured satin nickel finish achieved through abrasive blasting and corrosion-resistant nickel plating. Manufactured entirely in the USA using USA-sourced materials, all machining, broaching, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive blasting, and plating processes take place at the Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. The kit includes five service wrenches sized 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, and 1 inch, and is packaged with two 3-tab modular organizers.
