The kit includes a 27-piece set of angle wrenches in sizes 6 to 32 mm, along with an 11-tool black angle head wrench roll and a 16-tool red angle head wrench roll. The wrenches feature a combination of 30 and 60 degree angled heads for greater coverage with fewer blind spots in limited access situations. The wrench beam is positioned to maximize range of motion in confined spaces by shifting it the maximum distance up and out of the way and reducing the radius where it meets the wrench head. Each wrench has clear size markings laser engraved on both sides with large, permanent characters for easy readability. Except for the smallest sizes, the edges of the wrench beam are chamfered to provide a smooth and comfortable grip. Made from 4140 chromium-molybdenum steel, hardened to 50-53 HRC and abrasive-blasted, the wrenches have a finely textured satin finish. Manufacturing processes including machining, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive blasting, and plating are completed at the Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. The lean head shape ensures that at each horizontal point, the jaw height is optimized to meet strength specifications for maximum access, while the largest possible inside corner radii in the jaw prevent stress concentration and jaw spread.
