The kit includes a 16-piece set of angle wrenches with sizes ranging from 10 to 27 mm, housed in a 16-tool red angle head wrench roll. The wrenches feature a combination of 30 and 60 degree angled heads to provide greater coverage with fewer blind spots in limited access situations. The beam position is optimized by shifting the wrench beam the maximum distance up and out of the way and reducing the radius where it meets the wrench head to achieve the greatest range of motion in confined spaces. Each wrench size is laser engraved onto both sides with large, permanent, and clear markings for easy reading. Except for the smallest sizes, the edges of the wrench beam are chamfered to provide a smooth, comfortable grip. Manufactured from 4140 chromium-molybdenum steel hardened to 50-53 HRC, the wrenches have a satin, abrasive-blasted finish for a finely textured surface. All machining, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive blasting, and plating are performed at the Grand Rapids, Michigan manufacturing facility. The wrenches feature the leanest head shape, with the height of the jaw precisely designed at each point along its horizontal length to maximize access while meeting strength specifications, and the jaws use the largest possible inside corner radii to prevent jaw spread by reducing stress concentrations.
