The kit includes an 11-piece set of angle wrenches in sizes 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, and 3/4 inches, along with a 4-piece 3-tab modular wrench organizer and a modular wrench organizer label sheet covering sizes from 1/4 to 2-5/8 inches (6 to 50 mm). The wrenches feature a combination of 30 and 60 degree angled heads to provide greater coverage with fewer blind spots in limited access situations. The beam position is designed for improved performance by shifting the wrench beam the maximum distance up and out of the way and reducing the radius where it meets the wrench head, allowing the greatest range of motion in confined spaces. The wrench sizes are laser engraved on both sides with large, permanent markings for easy readability. Except for the smallest sizes, the edges of the wrench beams are chamfered to provide a smooth, comfortable grip. Made from 4140 chromium-molybdenum steel hardened to 50-53 HRC, the wrenches have a satin, abrasive-blasted finish for a finely textured surface. Manufactured in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the process includes machining, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive blasting, and plating. The wrenches have the leanest head shape possible, with jaw height optimized to meet strength specifications and maximize access, while the jaw design uses the largest possible inside corner radii to prevent jaw spread by reducing stress concentration.
