The 4° swing arc reduces the length of travel between each tooth click. A single-unit scale in inch-pounds (in-lb) is provided for simplicity, featuring high-contrast laser markings with bold fonts on a satin-finished body to reduce glare. Numbers on the main scale are positioned close to the centerline for readability without rotating the wrench, and the indicator lines on the main scale are straight and not offset. The spring-loaded collar locks the setting securely without a thumb knob, preventing accidental movement during operation. The handle has a coarse knurling with a deep, sharp-cut diamond pattern that ensures a secure, slip-resistant grip.
