The kit includes 19 angle wrenches in sizes 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1, 1-1/16, 1-1/8, 1-3/16, and 1-1/4 inches, along with a 2-piece 1-tab modular wrench organizer, a 6-piece 3-tab modular wrench organizer, and a modular wrench organizer label sheet covering sizes 1/4 to 2-5/8 inches (6 to 50 mm). The wrenches feature a combination of 30 and 60 degree angled heads to provide greater coverage with fewer blind spots in limited access situations. The wrench beam is shifted up and out of the way with a reduced radius at the head to improve performance and range of motion in confined spaces. Each wrench is laser engraved on both sides with clear, large permanent size markings for easy readability. Except for the smallest sizes, the edges of the wrench beam are chamfered to provide a smooth, comfortable grip. Made from 4140 chromium-molybdenum steel hardened to 50-53 HRC, the wrenches have a satin finish achieved through abrasive blasting. Manufactured in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the process includes machining, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive-blasting, and plating. The design incorporates the leanest head shape that achieves strength specifications while maximizing access, and the jaw uses the largest possible inside corner radii to prevent stress concentration that can lead to jaw spread.
