The kit includes a 27-piece set of angle wrenches in sizes 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 mm, complemented by a 4-piece 1-tab modular wrench organizer, an 8-piece 3-tab modular wrench organizer, and a modular wrench organizer label sheet covering sizes from 1/4 to 2-5/8 inches and 6 to 50 mm. These angle wrenches feature the best combination of 30 and 60 degree angled heads for greater coverage with fewer blind spots in limited access situations. The beam position is optimized by shifting the wrench beam maximum distance up and out of the way and reducing the radius where it meets the wrench head to improve range of motion in confined spaces. Size markings are laser engraved on both sides with large, permanent, easy-to-read characters. The wrench beams, except for the smallest sizes, have chamfered edges for a smooth, comfortable grip. Made from 4140 chromium-molybdenum steel hardened to 50-53 HRC, the wrenches are abrasive-blasted to a finely textured satin finish. All machining, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive-blasting, and plating occur at the Grand Rapids, Michigan manufacturing facility. The leanest head shape is designed so the jaw height at each horizontal point meets exact strength specifications, maximizing access without excess material, while the largest possible inside corner radii reduce stress concentration to prevent jaw spread.
