The kit includes an 11-piece set of angle wrenches in sizes 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, and 1 inch, along with an 11-tool black angle head wrench holder. Each wrench features a combination of 30 and 60 degree angled heads to provide greater coverage with fewer blind spots in limited access situations. The wrench beam has been shifted the maximum distance up and out of the way, reducing the radius at the junction with the wrench head to improve beam position and enhance range of motion in confined spaces. Sizes are laser engraved on both sides of each wrench with large, permanent, clear markings for easy readability. Except for the smallest sizes, the edges of the wrench beams are chamfered to offer a smooth, comfortable grip. Made from 4140 chromium-molybdenum steel hardened to 50-53 HRC, the wrenches have a satin, abrasive-blasted finish for fine texture. Manufacturing processes including machining, engraving, vibration polishing, abrasive-blasting, and plating are all performed at the Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. The wrenches possess the leanest head shape, where the jaw height at each horizontal point is precisely optimized to meet strength specifications for maximum access. The jaws include the largest possible inside corner radii to reduce stress concentration and prevent jaw spread.
