The kit includes a 1/16 DIN size controller measuring 48 mm x 48 mm, featuring Fuzzy Logic PID heat and cool control with auto-tuning capabilities for both cold and warm starts. It requires a short panel depth of only 4-1/8" (105 mm) and offers a universal programmable sensor input, making it highly versatile with six types of output available. Notably, output 2 can be configured as either an output or an alarm. The device supports universal input power ranging from 90-250 VAC or 11-26 VAC/VDC and boasts highly accurate universal input functionality. An optional NEMA 4X / IP65 front panel is available, along with bumpless transfer to manual mode during sensor failure and a wide variety of alarm mode selections. Additionally, the controller features optional RS-232 or RS-485 communications interface, a bright 0.40" (10 mm) red LED process display, and a 0.31" (8 mm) green LED setpoint display, ensuring high performance at a very low price.
