The kit includes a 1/16 DIN size controller measuring 48 mm x 48 mm, featuring fuzzy logic PID heat and cool control with auto-tuning capabilities for both cold and warm starts. It is designed with a short panel depth of only 4-1/8" (105 mm) and offers a universal programmable sensor input, making it highly versatile with six types of available outputs. Output 2 can be configured as either an output or an alarm. The device accepts universal input power ranging from 90-250 VAC or 11-26 VAC/VDC, ensuring highly accurate universal input. Additionally, an optional NEMA 4X / IP65 front panel provides enhanced protection. The controller features bumpless transfer to manual mode during sensor failure and includes a wide variety of alarm mode selections. For communication options, an RS-232 or RS-485 communications interface can be added. The bright 0.40" (10 mm) red LED process display and 0.31" (8 mm) green LED setpoint display contribute to its high performance.
