The Baldor-Reliance motor is a robust 1HP, 1150 RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit constructed with a 145T frame and 0528M designation, featuring a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design. This motor includes a 15 service factor, corrosion-resistant epoxy finish, and regreasable ball or roller bearings, along with an oversized rotatable cast iron conduit box and durable cast iron frames. It is equipped with a Forsheda® shaft seal, moisture-resistant copper windings, Class F insulation, and tropicalization features. Additionally, the motor has a stainless steel nameplate and corrosion-resistant hardware, making it suitable for demanding environments. The kit includes a 3-year warranty, ensuring reliability in typical applications such as petro-chemical plants, mines, foundries, pulp and paper plants, waste management facilities, chemical plants, and tropical climates, all of which require protection against corrosion due to severe environmental operating conditions.
