The Baldor-Realiance motor is a robust 2HP, 1725RPM, 3-phase motor designed for severe duty applications, operating at 60Hz with a frame size of 145TC and a model number of 0532M. It features a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments. Engineered to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors, this motor incorporates premium efficiency copper windings utilizing Baldor-Realiance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which meets CEE efficiency guidelines. The motor is equipped with an Inpro Seal® on both the fan and drive end shaft extensions for enhanced protection. It is coated with a 2-part yellow epoxy oxide primer on both the inside and outside, supplemented with gray epoxy paint and corrosion-resistant hardware. Additionally, the motor boasts reduced noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances, with final test and vibration results included with the shipment.
