The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 3HP unit operating at 1760 RPM, designed for three-phase (3PH) systems with a frequency of 60Hz. It features a 182TC frame and a 3628M model designation, with a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) construction and an F1 mounting configuration. This motor is equipped with moisture sealant on bolt heads and between the frame and end plates, neoprene gaskets, double sealed bearings, and a Forsheda® running contact V-ring slinger. It also includes a stainless steel shaft, an electrostatically applied epoxy finish, and Class F insulation, making it suitable for tropicalized environments. Typical applications for this motor include food processing and other scenarios where the motor is frequently subjected to high-pressure washdowns.
