The Baldor-Reliance motor is a robust 20HP, 1760RPM, 3-phase motor designed for 60Hz operation with a 256TC frame and 3960M service factor. The motor features all external surfaces made from 300 series stainless steel, including the motor frame, endplates, conduit box, shaft, and base, which enhances its durability and resistance to corrosion. It is equipped with moisture-resistant 200°C ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) magnet wire, and has four condensate drains in each endplate to assist in moisture management. The endplate rabbets are sealed, and the conduit box is gasketed to provide additional protection against environmental factors. The motor's lip seals are particularly effective in highly corrosive environments where traditional paint or finishes may fail. This motor is ideally suited for applications in food processing, packaging, outdoor settings, and other highly corrosive environments.
