The Baldor-Realiance Motor is a robust 60 HP, 1800 RPM, 3-phase motor designed for 60 Hz operations, featuring a 364 T frame with a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) housing and foot-mount configuration. This motor is specially engineered for inverter operation, accommodating a constant torque speed range of up to 1000:1. It includes provisions for a stub shaft for hollow shaft encoders, three thermostats for monitoring, and all 440 T frames come equipped with an ODE insulated bearing. Its insulation system surpasses the standards set by NEMA MG 1-2006, Part 31.4.4.2, ensuring high performance and reliability. The motor delivers continuous constant torque down to zero speed, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting, test stands, and any other scenarios where constant torque is essential across a wide speed range.
