The Baldor-Reliance motor features a 100HP, 3565RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz configuration, with a 405TS frame size and a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design suitable for foot mounting. This motor is engineered and tested to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors, ensuring high performance in demanding conditions. It incorporates premium efficiency copper windings made with Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. The motor also features an Inpro Seal® on the fan and drive end shaft extensions, a two-part yellow epoxy oxide primer on both the inside and outside, gray epoxy paint, and corrosion-resistant hardware. The design reduces noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances, with final test and vibration results included with the motor. Typical applications for this motor include petro-chemical, pulp and paper plants, and mines, as well as other installations that require premium-efficient motors manufactured to stringent standards for severe duty service.
