The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 60HP, 1185RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz, 404T, totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) foot-mounted motor designed and manufactured to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors. This motor features premium efficiency copper windings made with Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. It includes an Inpro Seal® on the fan and drive end shaft extensions, a 2-part yellow epoxy oxide primer applied to both the inside and outside surfaces, gray epoxy paint, and corrosion-resistant hardware. The design reduces noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances, with final test and vibration results included with the motor. Typical applications for this motor encompass petro-chemical, pulp and paper plants, mines, and other installations that require premium efficient motors manufactured and tested to stringent standards for severe duty service.
