The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 7.5HP, 1180RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit classified under frame size 254T and model 0954M, featuring a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design. This motor is built to the 841XL design and incorporates an upgraded electrical and mechanical design with NEMA Premium® efficient winding. It includes Inpro/Seal® VBX up to frame 210 and VBXX bearing isolators on both fan and drive end shaft extensions to enhance reliability. The epoxy paint provides an IP56 enclosure, complemented by stainless breather drains for moisture prevention. Proprietary cast iron frames contribute to reduced vibration and noise levels, while terminal lugs on motor leads facilitate easy connections. This motor is ideal for applications in petro-chemical, pulp and paper, cement, aggregate mining, and other process industries that require premium efficient motors designed, manufactured, and tested to exceed IEEE 841-2001 TEFC motor standards for extreme severe duty service.
