The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 30 HP, 3520 RPM, 3-phase motor operating at 60 Hz, featuring a 286 JM frame and 1042 M designation with a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) construction. This motor includes features such as Super-E premium efficiency, heavy gauge steel frames, moisture-resistant ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) copper windings, and oversized ball bearings with locked drive end construction to minimize endplay. It utilizes low-loss electrical grade lamination steel, and for applications requiring open drip-proof motors, close coupled pump motors are equipped with rodent screens at both ends. The motor is designed for operations that demand continuous or frequent duty and is suitable for a wide variety of applications involving the circulation and transfer of fluids.
