The Baldor-Reliance motor has a power rating of 25 HP and operates at 1770 RPM with a three-phase, 60 Hz input, and is designated as model 284 JP, 1046 M. This motor features heavy gauge steel frames, moisture resistant ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) copper windings, and over-sized ball bearings with locked drive end construction to minimize endplay. It is designed with low-loss electrical grade lamination steel, and open drip-proof, close coupled pump motors are equipped with rodent screens at both ends. The motor is suitable for a wide variety of applications, particularly for circulating and transferring fluids, and is designed to support pump unit mounting.
