The Baldor-Reliance motor is a .5HP, 1725 RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz, 56C model (3513M) designed for robust applications. It features a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design and includes UL/CSA recognition and CE certification. The motor is equipped with Dodge "D" series brakes that are spring set and single-phase, with a built-in rectifier to convert to DC. These brakes come with a manual release lever for convenient operation. The motor also has a low profile F3 top-mounted conduit box suitable for 56-140 frames, and the D series brake motors can be universally mounted. Additionally, it is inverter ready, and the 143-145TY and 143-145TYC frame motors have a special base with 56, 143, and 145 slots, making them ideal for OEM conveyors. The motor is backed by a 2-year warranty and is typically used in unit and baggage handling, conveyors, packaging equipment, machine tools, hoists, elevators, and door operators.
