The Baldor-Realiance motor is a 20HP, 3510RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz motor with a 256TC frame and model number 0942M, featuring a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design. It is engineered to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors, incorporating premium efficiency copper windings crafted with Baldor-Realiance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire that meets CEE efficiency guidelines. Additionally, the motor includes Inpro Seal® on the fan and drive end shaft extensions, and is protected with a 2-part yellow epoxy oxide primer both inside and outside, complemented by gray epoxy paint and corrosion-resistant hardware. The design minimizes noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances. Each unit undergoes final testing, with results documented and shipped with the motor.
